OAD Picks the Postseason

American League:

The American League postseason really brings to mind the old adage, "your enemy (aka the Angels) is your enemy, the enemy of your enemy (when it is the Boston Red Sox) is your enemy, and the Yankees are everybody's enemy."  Accordingly, Go Indians!!  We are really pulling for C.C. and the Tribe.  Any other team winning the AL is just depressing and predictable.  Although, if it can't be the Indians we hope that the Angels get humiliated by the Red Sox.  That will make us feel a little better.

National League:

The National League postseason is so exciting we can hardly take it.  We like Byrnesie and the scrappy D-Backs but we hate their logo and their uniforms.  We like the Phillies because Ryan Howard and Jimmy Rollins are awesome but we think the Philly Phanatic is one of the creepiest mascots ever.  We like the Rockies for their gritty tiebreaker win but hate their uniforms and their dumb dinosaur mascot.  And of course, it is hard not to root for the Cubs (who have neither an unattractive uniform nor a weird mascot), except that we're still holding a grudge against Soriano for breaking up the Rich Harden perfect game way back when.

World Series:

Tribe over Cubs in 6 games.
